Raphael Hildesheim
Managing Partner/Advisor
Raphael Hildesheim is a seasoned global operator and M&A leader with more than three decades of experience scaling technology-enabled businesses across the U.S., Latin America, and Asia. A former COO and P&L executive, he has led multi-country operations, built and integrated business units, and driven disciplined growth across sales, delivery, finance, and engineering organizations. Raphael combines hands-on operating experience with deep transaction expertise. A veteran of the Global 1000, he brings that operational rigor, governance discipline, and financial accountability to founder-led and private equity-backed SMB. As Founder and Managing Partner of E&R Advisory Services, Raphael partners with founders, private equity sponsors, and executive teams to strengthen execution layers, enhance integration readiness, and unlock value creation opportunities. Known for his pragmatic leadership style and financial rigor, he is trusted for his ability to diagnose operational gaps, align stakeholders, and deliver sustainable results. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with working proficiency in Spanish, Raphael brings a global perspective and cultural fluency to every engagement.
Bennett Letwin

Bennett Letwin’s passion is to ‘find a better way everyday’. He enjoys applying his cross-functional high-tech CXO experiences, creativity and out-of-box thinking manner to tackle complex technology and operational challenges. He has led strategy sessions with some of the largest global corporations to spur on innovation that leads to productivity gains resulting in profits. For near-four decades, Bennett has led corporate strategic initiatives spanning marketing, sales, product development and operations. His experiences span planning, resourcing and executing some of the world’s first-of-a-kind mission critical systems that support governments and Global Fortune companies. Additionally, Bennett is a serial entrepreneur raising $17M. Most notably, he is known as the co-founder of the Internet Business-to-Business eCommerce industry. Applying his master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, he also has mentored 20 (and counting) global start-ups from countries such as Sweden, Australia, Mongolia in the Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, media, cyber-security, augmented reality, crypto/blockchain and eCommerce spaces. He is passionate about being the ‘rising tide that lifts all boats’.
